Asus ExpertBook B3 Detachable With Qualcomm Snapdragon 7c Gen. 2 Announced

Among all the other Windows tablets unveiled by Asus lately, Asus also used CES 2022 to unveil the tablet version of the Asus ExpertBook B3 Detachable (B3000).

This Windows 11 tablet is geared towards the education sector and businesses, and less towards the consumer market, which is why Asus didn't announce it through the regular channels.

The Asus ExpertBook B3 Detachable (B3000) is a 10.5-inch Windows 11 Pro tablet that starts with a generally unpopular recipe, which is Windows on ARM. The processor is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7c Gen 2 processor, followed by model options of 4GB or 8GB of LPDDR4 RAM, and 64GB or 128GB of eMMC storage.

The 10.5-inch screen is a Full HD 1920 x 1200 resolution display, which on the back also features an optional stand with both a landscape and portrait mode.

Being 8.9mm thick, there's enough room for an integrated MPP 2.0 digitizer pen too. The weight is 630 grams for the tablet, and 245 grams for the keyboard.

Other specs includes a 5MP front camera, a 13MP rear camera, stereo speakers, dual mics, Wi-Fi5 5, BT 5.0, a USB C 3.0 port, a 3.5mm audio combo jack, and a 38Wh battery with 45W charging.

As a tablet for enterprise and the education market, it also has some spill resistance and MIL-STD 810H rating of light ruggedness.
