Chinese tablets are becoming more and more interesting, as the new Alldocube iPlay 40H is evidence of. What we’re looking at here is a 10.4-inch tablet with 8GB RAM, and 128G storage, priced to $219 before launch in two weeks time: https://www.banggood.com/Alldocube-iPlay-40H
That makes Alldocube iPlay 40H the one of the best mid-level Android tablets on the market this fall.
The hardware specifications are an octa-core 2.0 GHz Unisoc T618 “Tiger” processor, 8GB LPDDR4x RAM, 128GB storage, and microSD card expansion up to 2TB.
In Geekbench 4, that setup comes in at over 1900 in single-core, and over 6050 in multi-core scores. So that’s very good in this price class, and even marginally better than the bestseller, Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 that it competes against.
The 10.4-inch screen hosts a Full HD 2000 x 1200 resolution display, 5MP front and 8MP rear cameras with LED on the back, quad speakers, a 6200 mAh battery good for a 10 hour battery life, regional 4G LTE, GPS/Beidou/Galileo/Glonass sensors, dual-band Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, a USB C port, and of course Android 11 running the whole show.
Alldocube iPlay 40H is made with rigid magnesium alloy frame which is 8.2mm thick and weighs 475 grams. The black bezels are just 7.8mm thick too.
Definitely one of the Android tablets to check out this fall for anyone on the lookout for 10-inch tablets that gives the maximum value for money.
