New Rugged 6-Inch And 8-Inch Windows Tablets By DT Research Launched With Long Range Scanners And Readers
If you miss 6-inch and 8-inch window tablets you are in luck as DT Research is launching two new rugged Windows tablets these days, named DT362 and DT382.
Two stand out features on these includes long range 60 feet barcode scanners and 30 feet UFH RFID readers, and they run either Windows 10 or the Windows 11 IoT Enterprise edition.
The long range asset tracking can be very useful for saving time in warehouses at least, which I'm sure a lot of people will appreciate as the scan engine can read 1D and 2D barcodes.
Both tablets are powered by a quad-core 2.7 GHz Intel Pentium Silver CPU, with 8GB of RAM, and 256GB storage.
But the screens differs as the 6-inch tablet has a HD resolution of 1440 x 720, while the 8-inch tablet has a resolution of 1280 x 800, both with pen support. The set of accessories for the workplace is complete for these two tablets too.
DT Research has even managed to give these tablets an interesting sleek design so that they look a lot more modern than most of the rugged enterprise tablets.
