5.5-Inch Nintendo Switch Lite Announced
After two years of diverse leaks and rumors an additional Nintendo Switch was announced today, and it's the smaller one called Nintendo Switch Lite – a 5.5-inch Nintendo Switch.

That makes it smaller than the 6.2-inch Nintendo Switch and it's priced accordingly, at $199. The official launch date is September 20.
Nintendo Switch Lite runs the Nintendo Switch OS with over 2000 games, and only has the typical handheld mode, not the TV mode or multi-controller tabletop mode of the larger Switch. So that means there's no dock for it or other cable accessories either.
It has some typical tablet features too, such as screen capture and a touchscreen. Battery life based on gaming is about 20% longer than on the larger Nintendo Switch.
Color options are grey, turquoise, and yellow, but it will also be sold with some special edition covers irregularly.
