2022 Model Kobo eReaders Announced
After Amazon had announced their new range of 2022 Kindle ereaders, the time had come for Kobo to announce their 2022 model ereaders too.
And they've announced two new ereaders that will launch, one of which features a stylus pen too.
Kobo Sage is the E Ink model with an 8-inch E Ink Carta touchscreen that supports the optional $39 Stylus. The Kobo Sage itself costs $259 in the US and features a 1200 mAh battery, a 1920 x 1440 resolution display, 32GB of storage, and a weight of 240 grams.
For display control, it features ComfortLight PRO with the combined brightness and color temperature adjustment, and it features Bluetooth audiobook support too.
The other new ereader is the Kobo Libra 2.
This is the new waterproof IPX8 rated 7-inch E Ink Carta model with a 1680 x 1264 resolution display, and a weight of just 215 grams.
The new Libra 2 also supports Bluetooth audiobook playback, and features 32GB storage, a 1500 mAh battery, and a launch price of $179.
Bot ereaders will launch in select countries from October 19 onwards.
