After many fun months of leaks, Samsung unveiled the Windows 10 2-in-1 tablets Samsung Galaxy Book 12 and Samsung Galaxy Book 10.6 on February 26, but without announcing the launch dates. That changed today when Samsung announced in a press release that the Samsung Galaxy Book release date is May 21, and that it will take pre-orders starting on April 21: http://www.samsung.com/us/mobile/tablets/galaxy-book/
The Samsung Galaxy Book 12 price is $1129, while the Samsung Galaxy Book 10.6 price is $629.
The 10.6-inch Samsung Galaxy Book is brand new, while the Samsung Galaxy Book 12 is a successor to the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro S, which helps explain why the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro S went on sale today, cut to $599 for the white Signature Edition in Microsoft Store.
Samsung also announced today that the cellular version Samsung Galaxy Book 12 4G LTE will be available through Verizon Wireless for $1299.
