Upgraded Samsung Notebook 9 Pro 15 With 8th Gen. Intel Core i7-8550U Available
Samsung released their new series of 13.3- and 15-inch Windows 10 laptops Samsung Notebook 9 Pro with integrated S Pen back in late June this year.
It was launched with the 7th gen. Intel Core “Kaby Lake” processors, but now the upgraded models with a so-called 8th gen. Intel Core Kaby Lake-R processor is available too:

The upgraded processor is the Intel Core i7-8550U processor, upgraded from the Intel Core i7-7500U processor, which gives us a significant performance upgrade. Even in Geekbench 4 tests the single-core scores are 4600, up from 4200, but in multi-core tests the score is up to as much 14000, from the previous 8000 score.
Of course, it doesn't hurt that it's also powered by a AMD Radeo 540 GPU, and 16GB of DDR4 RAM, as well as 256GB of SSD storage.
THe 4096 pressure level sensitive S Pen has tilt support and a professional grade color accurate touchscreen with a Full HD 1920 x 1080 resolution display.
All the modern features are there, such as front IR camera for facial login, a 720p HD front camera, a USB Type-C port, 2x USB 3.0 ports, a HDMI port, fast charge, a backlit keyboard, complete Wi-Fi cover, and two decent 1.5 Watt stereo speakers.
Samsung rates Samsung Notebook 9 Pro 15 with a 11.5 hour battery life, and this is a laptop that can be charged by portable power banks too, just like a tablet or a smartphone can.
