Here are the best April tablet deals that I could find on tablets that could be worth considering in their respective sizes and running either Android, Windows, Apple’s iPadOS, or Chrome.
At the time of publication, the prices are sorted from the cheapest to the most expensive.
We’ll monitor other tablet deals and update if any other worthwhile tablets get a proper sale this month.
For those in the market for a 7-inch children’s tablet with Android, the Lenovo Tab M7 (3rd Gen) Kids Edition which launched for over $100 has been cut to $69 in Lenovo’s online store, though don’t expect too much performance.
I’m also happy to see that Samsung haven’t run out of the popular 8.7-inch tablet Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite 8.7, and that it’s on sale during spring too for $119.
One of the best cheap 10-inch Android tablets, the 10.6-inch Lenovo Tab M10 Plus (3rd Gen) which is getting updated to Android 13 in Q2, is on sale for $149 now in April, down from the $189 launch price, though users will have to pick it up at Best Buy to get that price.
The main rival to the M10 Plus, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 10.5 is also on sale for $179.
Samsung’s upgraded Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite 2022 Model, the 10.4-inch Android 13 tablet with stylus and a lot of stylus pen apps is on sale from just $249 during the spring sale.
All of Apple’s iPads are on sale in April, but the sales prices have gone up again and the discount is smaller than it has been. So a typical discount is usually around $60 this month.
The cheapest iPad now is the 10.2-inch iPad 9th gen. Apple has said nothing about how much longer they plan to keep this iPad in their portfolio, but until Apple pulls the plug on it this will remain the cheapest iPad.
The best Chromebook tablet on sale, is the 2-in-1 tablet with integrated stylus pen that is the Asus Chromebook CM3 (CM3000), which is down to $309 in April.
Asus has a sale on the 13.3-inch OLED tablet Asus Vivobook 13 Slate too, with the Intel Pentium N6000 “Silver” processor for around $345. It’s not Intel Core fast, but at this price it’s starting to become interesting as a Windows 2-in-1 tablet.
The rugged and waterproof 8-inch Android 13 tablet Samsung Galaxy Tab Active3, usually doesn’t get too much of a discount, but at least it’s on sale with a -16% discount in April.
The 12.4-inch large Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE was released from $529, but can be had on sale for $481, which includes Samsung’s S Pen stylus.
And as we’re moving a little bit closer to the launch of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 tablets later this year, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 tablets are on sale, but not by much. But the same can be said for the Tab S7 tablets too, so it really doesn’t look like we can expect too much of a price drop on these flagship tablets, considering the price of the components in them. So the lowest sales price is from $629.
