Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Wi-Fi And Bluetooth Certified
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 is now confirmed as being called Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 through leaks from official registrars.
On July 10th, the Samsung SM-T865 was labelled Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 during its official Bluetooth certification by none other than Samsung itself, so now it’s guaranteed that the model name Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 belongs to the SM-T865 model number.
But that wasn’t the only official certification for the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 on July 10th, as 3 separate model variations were all Wi-Fi approved on the same day too with the model numbers Samsung SM-T860, SM-T865 and SM-T867.
This demonstrates that there are both Wi-Fi only as well as 4G LTE models launching soon, with both unlocked and carrier locked models launching.
The additional specs revealed by these official certifications were dual-band 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, and Android 9.0 Pie, but all of this could be concluded from the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 benchmarks anyway.
Launch date may not be too far away from us either. The closest comparison we can make is with the Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e which took about 6 weeks from the time it was Bluetooth certified until it was released. So with a little luck we may see the world’s most powerful Android tablet launch within 6 weeks too.
