Chuwi’s upgraded 10.1-inch Windows 10 2-in-1 tablet Chuwi Hi10 XR was fully unveiled today, and it will start shipping in the middle of November starting at $249 for the tablet by itself, or for $299 with the tablet, keyboard, and digitizer all included in the price: https://www.banggood.com/CHUWI-Hi10-XR

Chuwi Hi10 XR is an upgraded version of the Chuwi Hi10 X, and it’s now powered by the Intel N4120 “Gemini Lake” processor at 2.6 GHz which should give it a 5%+ performance increase. It has 128GB of storage and 6GB of LPDDR4 RAM, and the same 10.1-inch Full HD 1920 x 1200 resolution screen as before.
It now supports the 4096 pressure sensitive H7 and Chuwi H6 Pen, so that’s a useful upgrade too.
Other specs are a 3500 mAh battery with a claimed 8 hour battery life, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.1, a full-size USB port, a USB C port, a micro-HDMI port, and a 3.5mm audio combo jack.
The weight of the upgraded Chuwi Hi10 XR is around 600 grams with a thickness of 8.8mm. The keyboard is optional, and adds a full-size USB port on each side.
As the new Chuwi Hi10 XR is launching for $299 as a Windows 10 tablet with the keyboard included, it makes for a compelling case as a cheaper alternative to the Surface Go 2. Not to mention that the keyboard on the Chuwi Hi10 XR is of the rigid type, as opposed to the bouncy keyboard of the Surface Go 2.
