The latest noteworthy rumor has it that Apple is planning to launch both 10.2-inch and 10.5-inch non-Pro models of the iPad, based on the latest rumor by occasional Apple leaker CoinX today.
The rumor of a 10.2-inch iPad replacing the original size iPad 9.7 have seemed like a very solid leak or rumor for months already, so the news of a 10.5-inch non-Pro iPad is the main news here, especially if they will actually be launched during the same year. Though that becomes the next question now.
iPad 10.2 is believed to launch in 2019, although the anticipated iPad mini 5 might launch before it. Two new iPad Pros are also believed to launch later during fall, so the timing of the next two 10-inch iPads becomes the question now, though it seems likely that the iPad 10.2 should at least launch first.
Apple already have a 10.5-inch iPad on the market, with the iPad Pro 10.5 which is still in production alongside the 11-inch and 12.9-inch iPad Pros.
Both iPad 7 (10.2”) and the “new” iPad (10.5”, non-Pro) are coming. But not at the same time.
