Asus ZenPad 8.0 (Z380M) Updated To Android 7.0 Today
Asus ZenPad 8.0 (Z380M) was launched with Android 6.0 in June last year, but today got some Nougat to chew on instead, with the V5.3.7 firmware rolling out today, which included the Android 7.0 update.
The Asus ZenPad 8.0 (Z380M) Android 7.0 update is presented as a global update by Asus, and not just a national one either. So if you haven't received your automatic OTA update yet, you can download it from the official Asus firmware section (link). It's 1.52GB in size, and as always make sure you backup your data first.
This makes the ZenPad 8.0 the cheapest Android tablet on the market right now to run Android 7.0, so that's noteworthy: https://www.amazon.com/ASUS-Z380M
