As a Windows 11 laptop, this one is big in every respect. It’s the Asus ROG Strix Scar 18, an 18-inch Windows 11 Pro laptop with the just released 24-core 5.6 GHz Intel Core i9-13980HX processor.
And of course it has all the trimmings that goes with it, such as the GeForce RTX 4090 GPU (with its own 16GB GDDR6 RAM for the GPU), 64GB DDR5 dual-channel (4800 SO-DIMM) RAM, and as much as 8TB PCIe SSD storage.
OK so this is a gaming PC and you have to expect the highest end specs, but still this laptop is future proof for a very long time as an overall computer at least, even if the most profitable gamers will always seek out the very newest to get an additional edge.
Speaking of which, the 18-inch screen has a 240Hz refresh rate, and a 3ms response time, with a resolution of 2560 x 1600, and high-end particularities such as G-Sync, Pantone validation, MUX Switch + NVIDIA Advanced Optimus, Dolby Vision HDR, and 100% DCI-P3.
