Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo believes that Apple will launch a HomePod with a screen in the first half of next year.
More specifically a 7-inch screen from Tianma according to one of his latest updates.
Apple is expected to launch both an iPad dock with speakers as well as a stand-alone smart hub and speaker device over the course of the next year.
Of course, Amazon has already had similar types of Echo Show and Echo Dot devices on the market for years, ranging from 5.5 inches to 15.6 inches.
The HomePod has established a reputation for a pretty satisfying sound quality, so adding more features on top of that could be appealing.
