In a follow up to their previous teaser video, AMD released the Part II of the video by unveiling their new tablet processor, the Z-60 today.
By Tom Bowen – The new Z-60 chip will find its way into several Windows 8 tablets being released later this year, and will be Windows legacy compatible.
On paper the specs of this chip may not seem particularly impressive, but it will have to be benchmark tested first before reviewing. They do try to offer something new in terms of security features, but as far as the balance between power consumption and performance is concerned, it doesn’t seem to bring much new to the table.
