12.6-Inch AMD Tablet With Windows 11 Coming Soon – See The Alldocube iWork GT 12

Very exciting tablet news today, as there’s an AMD tablet launching soon with Windows 11.

We can count all the tablets with an AMD processor on one hand, but this may be about to change from now on. And the first one out is Alldocube with a successor to the Alldocube iWork GT tablet.

The first AMD tablet from Alldocube is called Alldocube iWork GT 12, and it will feature the 2.8 GHz – 4.3 GHz AMD Ryzen 5 7520U “Mendocino” processor with and AMD Radeon 610M GPU, 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM, and 512GB of PCIe 3.0 M.2 SSD storage.

This processor was launched in September last year and powers laptops like the Asus Vivobook Go just to give you an indication of the performance level its at.

So while it’s far from the most powerful AMD processor, it’s a nice alternative to an Intel N300 processor, that has a modern architecture.

The screen size of the Alldocube iWork GT 12 is 12.6 inches, with a display resolution of 2160 x 1440, and featuring a 4096 level pressure sensitive digitizer pen with a MPP 2.0 standard.

It’s another fresh new tablet from a Chinese tablet brand to feature dual-band Wi-Fi 6 too, together with Bluetooth 5.2, a 2MP front camera, a 5MP rear camera, stereo BOX speakers, dual mics, a g-sensor, hall sensor, and a light sensor.

The battery capacity is 5500 mAh, with support for 45W PD fast charging through the USB-C port.

Now, with the iWork GT 12 being a Windows 11 tablet, it has a bit more ports than the average iPad or Android tablet. So it has 2x USB-C 3.2 Gen2 ports, a USB-A 3.0 Gen2 port, a micro-HDMI port, and 3.5mm audio combo jack.

With a size 12.6 inches it has a weight of 915 grams, and a thickness of 11.1mm.

The price has not been announced and we can’t buy it just yet, since Alldocube is still just teasing the tablet at this stage. But we’ll update once it’s available.
