Amazon decided to permanently cut the price on all four different model variations of Kindle Fire HD 8.9 today.
This move coincided with the release of the Kindle Fire 8.9 in the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Japan on the same day. Up until now, only the 7-inch Kindle Fire tablet have been available outside of the US.
