Acer announced most of their new 2021 laptop models last week, which showed us that that Acer will be launching quite a few new laptops between now and Q1 2021.
It’s rumored that Acer is struggling with components shortages for their Chromebooks these days, but this seems to be affecting Chromebooks and not Windows laptops at the moment.
So tomorrow and additional new Acer laptop will be launched, which is the 2021 Acer Swift 5, now equipped with an 14-inch LED display with a Gorilla Glass protected touchscreen, an 11th gen. Intel Core i7-1165G7 processor that can perform at 4.7 GHz, Iris Xe graphics, 16GB LPDDR4X RAM, and 1TB NVMe SSD storage.
Other useful specs on the 2021 Acer Swift 5 (SF514-55TA) are a speedy Thunderbolt 4 port, a fingerprint reader, a backlit keyboard, Wi-Fi 6, and a 15 hour battery life.
For whatever reason the Acer Swift 5 is only sold as a bundle at the moment, which carries with it a Acer USB Type-C Dock II featuring a 135W adapter.
