Chuwi unveiled the 10.3-inch Android tablet Chui HiPad Air last fall, but now there’s a new 2022 version launching which has a few new components: https://usa.banggood.com/CHUWI-HiPad-Air
The 2022 Chuwi HiPad Air has been treated to 6GB of RAM, up from the previous 4GB, and they have also replaced the former FPC Wi-Fi antenna with a stronger and more stable LDS antenna.
Chuwi says the new price is 179 Euro in the EU, but I see that this new model is on pre-launch sale for $159 in other countries.
Main specs are Android 11, an octa-core 2.0 GHz Unisoc T618 processor, 128GB of eMMC 5.1 storage, a 10.3-inch Full HD screen with 1920 x 1200 resolution, 5MP front and rear cameras with facial recognition and rear LED, 1W stereo speakers, dual-band Wi-Fi 5, BT 5.0, and a 7000 mAh battery with an 8 hour battery life.
With a tablet weight of 450 grams, and a thickness of 7.2mm, this is a light tablet for its size. And there’s also an optional keyboard cover for it the Chuwi HiPad Air for anyone who needs to do a lot of writing.
