10.1-Inch Acer Iconia Tab M10 (2023) Released In US

Acer has released the Acer Iconia Tab M10 2023 version (M10-11-K21V) in the US, where it’s launched for $149: https://store.acer.com/en-us/acer-iconia-tab-m10-m10-11

This is a cheap 10.1-inch Full HD tablet with a display resolution of 1920 x 1200, that’s running Android 12. So that makes this a cheaper alternative to the Acer Iconia Tab P10.

But then again it’s powered by the octa-core 2.0 GHz MediaTek M8183C ‘Kompanio 500’ processor, with 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of eMMC storage.

As you probably expect, the rest of the specs are pretty basic, with a 5MP front camera and 8MP rear camera, stereo speakers, Wi-Fi 5, BT 5.0, both a USB C port and a 3.5mm audio jack, and a claimed 10.5 hour battery life squeezed out of a 6000 mAh battery.

I don’t know if it’s possible to get 10 1/2 hours of local video playback on a Full HD tablet from that battery, even if the chipset is meant precisely to be efficient. So if you already own this tablet, let us know on our Twitter account.

It is light though at just 430 grams, and acceptably thin too at 8.4mm. Acer has also upgraded the rear design, so it looks more classy now than on their older Android tablets.

The best alternatives to Acer’s latest 10-inch Android tablet are of course the two bestsellers in this category, Lenovo Tab M10 Plus (3rd Gen) and Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 10.5.
