Samsung Notebook 9 Pro was unveiled just a few days ago, at COMPUTEX in Taiwan on May 30. It has a couple of stand out features as well as features that blurs out the difference between tablets and laptops.
It’s a fully revolving laptop, with a touchscreen that has active digitizer support for the integrated pen that fits into the computer, with 4096 pressure levels of sensitivity, and tilt support for the pen, a professional grade color accurate display, and high performance.
And this is even a laptop that can be charged by a portable power bank, just like a tablet or smartphone can.
The 13.3-inch Samsung Notebook 9 Pro has 8GB DDR4 RAM and an Intel HD Graphics 620 GPU, while the 15-inch Samsung Notebook 9 Pro has 16GB of DDR4 RAM, and an AMD Radeo 540 GPU with its own 2GB DDR5 RAM. Other than that, they share the same specs, including the same 1920 x 1080 resolution display.
They run Windows 10 Home, and are powered by the 2.7 GHz Intel Core i7-7500U “Kaby Lake” processor, with 256GB of SSD storage. All the modern features are there, such as front IR camera for facial login, a 720p HD front camera, a USB Type-C port, 2x USB 3.0 ports, a HDMI port, fast charge, a backlit keyboard, complete Wi-Fi cover, and two decent 1.5 Watt stereo speakers.
The RealView displays are good and have a maximum brightness of 450 nits, so these laptops can be used outdoors.
