Android 7.0 Update Certified For Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 4G LTE (SM-T377)

Just a day after it was shown that Samsung Galaxy Tab E 9.6 is going to get upgraded to Android 7.0 soon, the smaller 8-inch Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 have also been certified by the Wi-Fi certification agency with the Android 7.0 update.

The update have been certified for the Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 (SM-T377) 4G LTE models that Sprint, AT&T, and other wireless carriers may sell.

It was launched with Android 5.1. Lollipop, so it’s great to see that Samsung keeps updating their tablets.

The 8-inch screen features a 1280 x 800 resolution display, and Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor, has 1.5GB of DDR3 RAM, and 16GB storage with 128GB microSD card support.

The other specifications for this tablet are dual-band 802.11 a/b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, a USB 2.0 port, a 3.5 mm audio combo jack, GPS, GLONASS, a 2MP front camera, a 5MP rear camera, and a 5000 mAh battery that Samsung have given a 13 hour battery life rating in this tablet.

And now with the coming Nougat update, we will get a few more features from this tablet too.
