New Windows 10 2-In-1 Tablet Voyo Vbook i3 With 8GB RAM, Cherry Trail, 128GB Storage Release In Early April

One of the things you’ve got to love about some of the Chinese tablet brands is that with some models they are not afraid to experiment with new technologies or unusual combinations of technologies and features. What’s unusual about it is that while Intel Core m and i5 powered 2-in-1 tablets starts with 4GB of RAM and then twice or more in more expensive configurations, the Voyo Vbook i3 has 8GB of RAM even though it’s powered by a 1.44 GHz quad-core Intel Atom x5-Z8350 “Cherry Trail” processor.

As for form factor, the Voyo Vbook i3 is a 10.1-inch Windows 10 Home 2-in-1 tablet with built-in kickstand, optional surface type keyboard, and optional active digitzer, with a 1920 x 1200 display resolution.

In addition the the unusual high amount of RAM on a Cherry Trail tablet, it also has as much as 128GB of eMMC storage. And it even has full 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi cover, and Bluetooth 4.0.

Other specs includes both a USB 3.0 port and a micro-USB 2.0 port, a 3.5mm audio jack, a 2MP front camera and 5MP rear camera, a battery rated at 5000 mAh, and 2048 levels of pressure sensitivity from the pen.

The tablet costs around $359, the pen $19, and the keyboard $25, and it will be launched globally at the start of April.
