Huawei MediaPad T3 7 Kids Tablet With 3G / Wi-Fi Options Announced By Huawei

Thanks to Roland Quandt, we are learning that Huawei have just announced a kids tablet version of the Huawei MediaPad T3 7.0, by equipping it with a silicone case and stylus and model options of 3G or Wi-Fi only, with different accompanying specs.

Called the Huawei MediaPad T3 7 Kids, it falls in to the kids tablet category together with the likes of Amazon’s Fire Kids tablets and the Samsung Galaxy Kids Tablet 7.0 Lego Ninjago, just to mention some the most popular models of these tablets.

Huawei MediaPad T3 7 Kids comes in two different versions, where the Wi-Fi version is powered by the 1.3 GHz MediaTek MT8127 processor with 1GB of RAM, 8GB of storage, a 3100 mAh battery, and Android 6.0.

The 3G version meanwhile is powered by the 1.3 GHz Spreadtrum SC7731G processor with 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, a 4100 mAh battery, and Android 7.0. But both versions has 2MP front and rear cameras, and a 7-inch screen with a 1024 x 600 resolution display.

The blue silicons case that wraps around the tablet, has a handle on it that can be folded and used as a kickstand, which is a practical feature, but also normal in kids tablets. As for features, it has the typical kids mode and parental control, but not as vast an ecosystem as Samsung and Amazon’s kids tablets have.
