Asus MeMO Pad 7 LTE (ME375CL) appears to be undergoing testing with a new processor. The processor is still in the same Moorefield series though.
But it is swapping the quad-core Intel Atom Z3530 processor for a quad-core Intel Atom Z3580 processor instead, which means that the burst frequency goes up from 1.33 GHz to 2.33 GHz.
The leak comes from export database Zauba where it’s being listed as a “prototype tablet” at the moment.
Asus MeMO Pad 7 LTE (ME375CL) is a kind of entry level 7-inch Android tablet with 1280 x 800 resolution, 1GB of RAM, and 16GB storage, with support for 2G/3G/4G LTE. It’s a fully equipped tablet otherwise, and it has all the features that comes with a Asus tablet, so a lot of people are very pleased by it.
The Wi-Fi version has been one of the bestselling 7-inch Android tablets for several months, and starts at under $120.
