Asus Announce New Windows 10 Computers At COMPUTEX – Many With 4K

Asus was first out of the major brands at COMPUTEX to announce many new Windows 10 computers, when the CEO Jonney Shih took center stage today and unveiled a whole bunch of them.

Asus ZenBook Flip S (UX370)
The Asus ZenBook Flip S is a Windows 10 convertible laptop with a 360 degree rotating display, and this is with an optional 4K display too with active stylus support. The fastest processor available will be the Intel Core i7-7500U processor with 1TB of PCIe storage. It will be launched during the summer from $1099.

Asus XenBook Pro (UX550)
The upcoming new Asus XenBook Pro will be very powerful, powered as it is by a Intel Core i7-7700HQ processor even, together with a Nvidia GeForce GTX1050 Ti GPU, 16GB of DDR4 RAM, and 1TB of PCIe x4 SSD storage too. So this will be a very powerful laptop. And not only that, but the 15.6-inch laptop will have a 4K display too. The price will start from $1299 when it launches during the summer.

Asus ZenBook 3 Deluxe (UX490)
The new ZenBook 3 Deluxe looks like before, but now has Intel Core i7-7500U processor, 16GB LPDDR3 RAM, up to 1TB of storage, and USB Type-C ports with Thunderbolt 3 support. It will be launched from $1199 and up.

Asus VivoBook Pro 15 (N580)
Unlike the other new edition laptops unveiled today, this one is a little cheaper, to be launched from $799. Despite that, it is actually powered by up to a Intel Core i7-770HQ processor, and with a Nvidia geForce GTX 1050 GPU, and 16GB of DDR4 RAM. It can even be configured with 2TB of HDD and 512GB of SSD storage.

Also, it still has a 4K display with 3840 x 2160 resolution as well as the promise of some good speakers. So on paper at east, based on specs like that, this laptop has the potential to become a bestseller.

Asus VivoBook S15 (S510)
The final laptop unveiled today is also the cheapest, starting at $499. But it can be had with up to Intel Core i7-7500U processor, Nvidia GeForce 940MX GPU, and 16GB DDR4 RAM. This is more of a regular laptop, weighing 1.5 kg and being 17.9mm thick.
