The number of Android 6.0 tablets have increased considerably during the summer, with 21 Android 6.0 being on the market as of August 2016.
The latest Android 6.0 tablet to be launched is the 7-inch budget tablet Lenovo Tab3 7. The total number of the Android 6.0 user base have just passed over 15% at the start of August as well, though is calculated with all Android devices in mind, ranging from tablets and phones, to smartwatches, TV-boxes, and other devices.
In the middle on June, the number of devices running Android 6.0 was just 10%, so it’s only now that we are starting to see some real growth of Android 6.0 devices. And as we have found out, some of these tablets, like the Nexus 9, is first in line to get the Android 7.0 update too, when that starts rolling out.
