Acer have been manufacturing cheap 7-inch Android tablets for years, and they have been a part of the B1 model series, the last of which was the Acer B1-730, released in June. Now an unfamiliar tablet with the model name Acer B1-750 have turned up on GFXbench, but listed with a display size over 11 inches.
(UPDATE: The upgraded new Acer Iconia One 7 (B1-750) was announced in November 2014.)
The other specs aren’t that grand though. Like the 1280 x 800 resolution display on what’s mentioned as a 11.2-inch screen. It’s very likely to actually run the Android 4.4.4 though.
The processor is a quad-core 1.8GHz Intel Atom Z3735G processor, so kind of modern that way.
With a likely 1GB of RAM it’s no work horse, and with a 0.3MP front camera and a 5MP rear camera, it offers a mixed performance.
If this isn’t a 7-inch tablet, then it would be fun to see a 11-inch budget tablet from Acer. The large Android tablet category have expanded steadily this year after all, and we haven’t seen the end of that expansion yet either.
